I was watching a videos on OnDoc over the past months where they were talking about an updated site coming and changes in the compensation to make it simple.

What really stood out was how this is really setup as referrals. At $5 a person, you can make a lot of money.

As you add more people not only does your compensation double to $10/mo, you also get significant bonuses

I would call this a multi-level referral organization or as the person in one of the videos said WOM. World of Mouth.

Healthcare has always been about referrals. Now people are getting something back for them.

People refer others everyday to restaurants, contractors, real estate agents, etc. Why not get compensated for it.

I was just as surprised today about OnDoc as I was with Stream Energy. Forward thinking ways of adding subscribers using a model that has traditionally been used for other industries to market products vs. subscriptions.

I believe VERB can change one industry after another even just within VERB Direct let alone all the other product coming.

I've seen this started in the tech software selling industry, but it's early on.
