Maui: Anyone in the healthcare industry knows how essential 100% HIPAA compliant means! I know, I did a stint fixing the original failed Obamacare software mess and was part of a team called in back in November 2013 to fix that software disaster. 100% HIPAA compliant is essential, anyone who isn't and wants to be a player in the healthcare industry can basically forget about it! It is not easy, there's a huge amount of privacy requirements you have to fulfill, as there can't be ANY risk of exposing a patient's medical info to anyone who isn't allowed to access it. Also records have to be kept of who accesses it so in case there are any violations they are tracked, etc. etc. It is a huge amount of work on any software product to make it 100% HIPAA compliant and be certified as such.
