As Rory pointed out that is untrue, the share price has to drop below $1 for a fairly long period of time, then the company gets a notification from NASDAQ that the share price needs to get above $1 in some other period of time, or else get delisted.
Indeed, I don't think any true long is worried about the share price going under $1 even for a day, let along long enough to trigger the "delisting warning".
I assume it was to try and squash this nonsense idea, but I would like to hope not too many people thought that a possibility.
