As I mentioned last night, assign any reasonable multiple to what the revenue is or what you think the revenue will be and you'll like the number you come up with. See my previous post on how to do that.
Possibly cash flow positive my the end of the year is very impressive. Not too many companies at this stage are or could be. We know Sound Concepts was, but they and VERB have been hiring and spending a lot on development and revenue. To come away as being cash flow positive in another 7 months tells me sales are going very well to offset all the additions and development.
For those that don't know what cash flow positive means: "situation where the cash inflows during a period are higher than the cash outflows during the same period." Really means, it you need more money after that, it's really to accelerate the business even faster or more acquisitions.
Was looking into the Outlook add-in this morning and Microsoft Stream. Here are over 400 million outlook users. This will make it very easy for anyone of them to sign up, sync their contacts and start sharing interactive videos.
Microsoft Stream is part of all Office 365 enterprise agreements. There are 155 Million active office 365 users. We now know more about what is going on with Microsoft.
"To fund the ongoing costs associated with the integration of our software with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Dynamics, and the Microsoft Office 365 platform, among other ongoing initiatives with Microsoft;"
When this deal happens, it will be interesting to see how the revenue model works as it will be different as Rory said
