SFOR is just now barely receiving sufficient monies coming in. The shares that are being converted/released now are from old debt (6-12 months ago and years ago). I don't think many here understand dilution, convertible notes and how noteholders operate.
SFOR has only one noteholder who has been about as friendly as you can get when it comes to noteholders....they sell a little at a time and have loaned SFOR $$ (and a lot of it) even when SFOR still owes them a great deal of $$ and they haven't converted shares in the years and months past when they easily could have.
I wish they would have waited on converting shares over the past few months too, but they have their needs for $$ and formulas for recapturing their monies/funding too.
Once larger cash flow comes in the 2nd half of this year they will accept cash payment from SFOR instead of converting shares.
Revenue/Cash is the Cure for SFOR and our time has arrived...the Revenue/Cash Snowball will only getting larger and larger each quarter from here on out.....
