Obviously getting loaded by someone with over 170M bought at .0001 over the last few days.
Much the same as $PVSP and $BTGI - although the company hasn't stated anything recently, savvy traders are making sure they have an inventory at the cheapest prices - .0001 and / or .0002 - to capitalize on any speculative move ahead.
For instance, in the case of $PVSP, it is known to be up for sale through an organization that specializes in "cleaning up" tickers for a reverse merger with a company that wants to go public - with prices at $250K > $500K being cheaper than an IPO. Mina Mar Group, the main company for facilitating this, is low on inventory at present. This is their listing for $PVSP:

These are not for everyone, but .0002 to .0003 is 50% and .0001 > .0002 is 100%.
We have seen a 500M ask disappear at .0002 in minutes before - without any update from the company - and we may well see the same again.
