I think that odds that all of these offers somehow disappear is pretty unlikely. The terms, while general, seem to lean towards trying to control the technology rather than license it. Hopefully some more licensing offers materialize... if sales could stabilize the cash situation, I would be content to see if some better licensing proposals materialize over the next few weeks / months.
