Paulson is now aligned with Vision Financial Markets and moved their accounts from RBC. No real change in anything, just a different clearing firm.
My Paulson rep did call me about the TO. Obviously, by electing to exercise the warrants, I would have more in my account. I'm sitting here warrants with +/- 4 years remaining, and I am not taking the TO. It's a decent chunk of cash, and I"m personally maxed out on my exposure and risk tolerance here. I did the math, and selling shares to fund the exercise of warrants was not a good long term play if the stock takes off.
