Does a Term Sheet signing have to be PR'd immediately or could it have been signed a few weeks prior to the PR?
I realize it is an important step but it still is only a step in a work in progress so immediate release of news to the public may not be as necessary as the signed deal or partnership.
All guesses are as good as another regarding timing of a signed deal at this point in time IMO. I check at 9:30AM, 11AM, and 4PM ET for PRs but other than that not too overly concerned about daily happenings anymore.
