I agree and should've included in my summary. I don't think it will occur or be finalized during this visit, but would love to be proven wrong.
As others noted, I hope if this does come to fruition, they will do so at a higher price point or have them purchase on open market or some other creative way to support the share price and not dilute current shareholders.
