Lets talk AF's
The 2016-2017 Audit took so long due to the acquisition of Snakes and Lattes.
S&L accounting was a mess due poor record keeping by employees and poor communication by the accountant and S&L staff. Everything did get straightened out and the 2016-2017 10K was filed.

The 2018 audit is late most likely due to the acquisition of Morning a French Company. Again a private company with poor record keeping and just coming out of bankruptcy. I'm sure this created all kinds of headaches for AMFE trying to get the 2018 audit out on time. This audit will be filed can't tell you when but it will be.
Since the release of AMFE's account Roger has hired 2 bookkeepers and 2 accountants who will be able to put new accounting systems in place and keep up with the accounting of the subsidiaries.
It was felt by CFO Squad who worked on the last audit and currently is working on the 2018 audit not to release any Q's until the 2018 10K is done.
Honestly, I feel at this point Roger could give some guidance on 2019 but that's just my opinion.
Meanwhile:
S&L fulfillment currently fulfills over 500 games to Canada.
2 new S&L company owned cafe's have opened Midtown in Toronto and Tempe AZ
Tucson is under construction
Locations are being sought in or in lease negotiations in Houston TX, Charlotte NC, Denver and Fort Collins CO.
Gro3 exclusive agreement with Kalvara THC infused cocktail currently being sold in CO, NV and soon to be sold in NM.
The key thing I hope people understand is, even as the company is still working on the AF's the company continues to grow.
There is a new subsidiary
Many many good thing in the hopper including the up list to the QB and QX.
I've been a shareholder for over 2 years. During this time I've been adding. Last year 86 companies from the OTC up listed to the NYSE or Nasdaq. Odds are OTC companies especially pinkies will never make it out of the OTC. In my opinion the future is bright for this company to be listed on the Nasdaq or NYSE in 3+ years. Also remember free shares of the new company after the Up list to the QB.
The DD is all here on this board. make your own decisions and ask yourself with all that's going on is this company with 6-7 pennies a share.
