In the photo you attach, there's a light truck. Note the license place. Mexican license plates begin with three letters, not two. Odd...
Why would the truck have a BC license plate?
Is British Columbia now a Mexcio state? I did not know this.
Reality check Answer: Baja California. The mine is located in this Mexican state. BC is an abreviation for Baja California
