The critical element is that we believe the amount

Last Friday the price went up 23% on less than 10 mil in volume even though the "evil" MM's tried twice to take it down via the two 300 lot trades and completely failed.
Now image a market order for 100 mil shares, what if Vanguard want 200 million.
Pull up any big board stock on Yahoo and look at the blocks that institutions hold on high priced stocks.
Since we are talking about Vanguard - they own 31,740,775 of Monster Beverage (MNST) valued at $1,732.411,499 (Yes $1,7 BILLION dollars).
What if Vanguard want to buy $250 million dollars of UNVC - shares are simply not available !!!!
The enormity of what will happen if any Institution is allowed to buy shares at this "bargain price" - the price will immediately break above $1 - especially as Vanguard will have to file their purchase and the whole world will know !!
All those still thinking about 25 cents to 50 cents - simply do not understand "Conglomerate" and UNVC's connection to The Land of Israel and International Sales.
Now on top of Vanguard add Merck where as it happens Vanguard hold 207,811,415 shares at a value of $17,283,675,385 (Yes $17 BILLION dollars) .............
Now join some dots Merck and Vanguard are already closely connected as Vanguard is the largest institutional holder + Ken Frazier's forced retirement was negated to allow him to continue as CEO + his relationship with Dr Dalton goes way way back - probably 30 years as they are contemporaries (together with Crockett, Goldman and Mitchell) who have had to fight against the Racial Bias against African Americans - especially if we go back 30 years to the 1980's !!!
Join all these dots and then remember:
1) Tilray ran to $300 and is still not making a profit
2) MariMed ran to $5 and is still not making a profit
3) Harvest is trading at $7.50 and is still not making a profit
UNVC Conglomerate is worth ......... How Much ???
I get criticized by a few (small minded) on this board when I suggest $5 or $8 per share and we know Potomac had a dream of just over $10 per share.
The UNVC Conglomerate which will be profitable from Day 1 could be worth $15 or $20 per share when compared to the competition
Tilray has a 4,266 B market cap - that equates to $3.50 per share of UNVC based on 1 company which lost -30 million dollars last quarter !! [= $120 million annual loss]
In property the appraisal is all based on comparable property - There is NO comparison to UNVC Conglomerate if as reported, we have 9 companies in the Conglomerate and mjplay posted there could be as many as 15 companies in the Conglomerate.
This is a Big Board Stock with a Big Board CEO and Big Board Associates currently hidden in the OTC that relatively speaking - NO ONE knows about
Just wait until the end of this week, when the world starts to learn about UNVC Conglomerate and wants to buy shares that are not available specially if Vanguard grabs them all on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before the Dr Dalton UNVC Conglomerate revelation !!!
To once again quote Professor McGregor "The Mind Boggles"

May we all use all multi million dollars wisely in helping all those that need our help !!
