Only an idiot would think the SEC shut them down, and there seems to be no shortage of those. Prolly why you were spoon fed Patsy.
The SEC sued and Spartan is calling BS. We’ll see what happens. I know KK lost his broker’s license when the SEC sued him. And he’s been sued how many times for non-payment by various entities and lost?
Now as for EXPL, we’re on the wreck(s)......plural.
A great find could lead to a TV show and more. Even though Spartan closed I could sell as EXPL is currently being quoted, but I’m good holding.
I would rather lose with real salvors than make dishonest gains from false and misleading statements.
