The company doesn't say it will have the industry leading process once Tinkerbell is proven to work, which per the filings it still hasn't been proven to work, it says it has the industry leading process.
To date they have found NO WRECKS with Tinkerbell.
So issuing and selling stock based on unproven claims is rather.....well,
you know.
