(“Downtown”) announced the formation of a joint venture for the purpose of producing entertainment content relating to deep-sea exploration, historical shipwreck search, artifact recovery, and the rewriting of history.

this is my opinion but the CEO is guilty of creating fake shell companies...is EXPL....
another fake shell company because their business practices are very shady and alarming especially to entities like the SEC...
