I don't think that this stock is for you. We were ALL disappointed with the Fed court decision. If Kay has been lying all along, then I'm going to take it in the shorts along with a lot of others. However, if this is like any other business going through litigation, ect, this is going to take awhile. I believe that we will be seeing more and more revs coming in the few next quarters. This last quarter had over 100% gain. I believe there is more to come, and that there is light at the end of the tunnel with the Alice fiasco.
If you have some intelligent questions or DD to add, I would love to hear it. I don't think over-the-top "going to the moon" speculation is helpful - but it's not really harmful either. I do think that your "sky is falling" speculation is harmful. If you are done with Kay and this stock, pull the trigger and sell. Chock it up as another of life's lessons.
