I was being a bit sarcastic. See, if you say "soon" in penny land then people will expect it the next day pretty much because lots of people get into penny plays for quick easy money. It's the mentality. So if the PR doesn't come "soon" then peeps get mad. Scream "scam" or he "lied to us" but like someone said. Soon means lots of different things.
