As stated in the last PR:
"As the Company works towards finalizing a definitive agreement with respect to Brilacidin for Ulcerative Proctitis (UP)/Ulcerative Proctosigmoiditis (UPS),"
From that statement,I deduce that "nuts and bolts" have been agreed to and now it is in the hands of the lawyers to dot the "I's" and cross the "T's".
Non Retail and our resident bashers are now dead in the water and helpless to stop the advance of IPIX .They know it .
They are now prisoners of their own devices and all their squirming and wrangling will not stop the "execution" from taking place.
The PM's I have received saying "We own you,B!t(h" have been turned upside down and now WE OWN THEM.
I would love to see a deal PR after close today or even next week but I would settle for another PR next week with more news leading to the build-up towards a "Deal PR".
I still think in June there will be more than one "D-Day"
