It is right but to be 100% fair, I have witnessed horrible examples of people moving across the country try for a new job a couple of weeks before the company went bankrupt (check the sad story of the videogame studio Telltale Games).
However, it does show a great commitment from VERB team. And of course, this specific case i mentioned was terribly mismanaged! I think VERB has an incredibly bright future! Just playing devil's advocate here
