Smlf .- this treatment is for cancer with metastasis , so there is never a problem to have a new biopsy.
Leronlimab is CCR5 inhibitor ...
And CCR5 is responsible for.....
-makes cancer cells move , metastasize...
-activate DNA repair mechanism , so cancer becoming resistant to treatment
-regulate body anti-tumor response ..( so immune system don't kill cancer cells )
Biopsy don't need to be from original tumor . If original biopsy not available , they will take another biopsy when they see tumor ..
so this is never a problem with any metastatic cancer ...
