The Apple App Store. Great high-visibility venue. The Apple App Store already has the persons’ credentials and credit card info. All other apps are functional in download. But in this case, after downloading the app, the person is asked for an email and password WITH NO OPTION FOR INITIAL REGISTRATION, And no link or info provided as to WHERE TO GO TO REGISTER SO THE DOWNLOADED SOFTWARE COULD BECOME FUNCTIONAL. If this were fixed to be user-friendly, it would unlock millions of dollars in potential revenue. As opposed to wringing our hands over the injustices of the courts, and who “ate our lunch”. In fact, I find this situation bizarre.
