1. do you really think SB was approached by hedge funds? i doubt that seriously. why he is meeting with them is beyond me. taking private shouldn't involve hedge funds, more like venture capitalist
2 does anybody else find the timing just a little suspect? big news comes out right after a big article about toxic funding canouse brothers last evening? i expected the stock to tank after that but this news has nipped that in the bud
3 i think the main reason to take ONCI private would be if there is much greater potential for personal profit, so perhaps SB has been holding out information on us to allow pps to fall.
fyi, i'm going to increase my holding by 50%
