This is very interesting , I myself can’t write anywhere with mine much less than perfect English .,
Actually I learned English when I came to USA immediately after my medical school , and was preparing myself to take medical exam to become a physician here ,
I was reading medical books in English with my dictionary next to me , it took me about 6 months of probably 10- 15 hrs a day reading to be ready .
But few people here could do it without problem , especially one ,
Trding , his medical knowledge in HIV is excellent , and his writing skills also .
Another is Omh20, and probably few others ..
