SFOR is beyond eligible... our patents have been through the PTAB ringer and not only survived, but were made stronger by no other than the patent office.

I'm not an attorney, but my interpretation is that "abstract ideas, laws of nature or natural phenomena" Can not be used to challenge the eligibility of a patent. Anyone who has used it in any case to do so is hereby abrogated (to repeal or do away with).
Lets see if this has become a great time to buy extremely cheap shares.
