To all,
This is great DD and another black eye in the face of ONCI. I've been digging really deep of late and am trying to find out exactly what's happening. I've gotten a lot of DM's from folks that are sharing their DD and others that angrily accuse me of being in cahoots with SB.
I am a shareholder, 100%. Just like most of you, I want my investment to pay off. Like any other ticker I invest heavily into, I communicate with the CEO and do my best to gather info. SB has always talked a very big game and he sold me onto ONCI bigtime. I've caught a few issues with what he's told me in the past, but have let it slide because of the revenues and the potential.
Now with the stock a near-worthless price, it's time we as shareholders start getting a bit more proactive and even aggressive in order to confirm the claims of our CEO. Most importantly, what's up with the PL2 and the ads? Why can't we get a name for PL1? What's up with that Gov't Municipal distributor, the one with the NDA from 8 months ago? And how about HEXA?
I've always given him the benefit of the doubt, after all he is the CEO and who am I to believe, the bashers or the man running the company? I really really really want SB to bring everything to light and prove them wrong, but even the fulfilled promises of the DE debt and the share reduction look suspect to me now.
I propose we start a private email discussion so we can vent, and share info we have gleaned from Steve and if need be, discuss steps to take should we need to take any sort of action. For those that want in, email me at ON4Shareholders@outlook.com.
