Also, I thought we would be seeing the 9M this year, but that has been pushed out a few more years, and I'm not sure what will happen if ACS decides they don't want the patent after that. I have resigned myself to the fact that my money is gone and if it goes up, then all the better. Back to working full time. I was really shocked when we lost the appeal.
