A couple of other tidbits...
Steve has 450 million shares reserved for the .0024 buyer. When sold, it'll bring the O/S up to 3,697,267,244. Remember he's eliminating over 1 billion shares when moving to Hexagon so the A/S, after the move will be a little over 4 Billion (add in 20 mill preferred). Plenty of room to handle the O/S after the move.
So, we're not anywhere near maxed on the A/S (@ 5 billion now) nor will we be when moving to Hexagon.
