Fortuno -- I hear you. MOST reverse splits fail and fail miserably. I can think of 2 that were successful years ago -- Citibank and Priceline.
The worst one I've seen is HMNY. Take a look at that loser. I believe it had fallen to 8 cents or so when they did a 1 for 250 RS last year. And the stock price become $20. It wasn't long before the shorts took over and it went BELOW 8 cents....meaning a 25,000% drop. And today it sits at .003 -- less than a 1/3 of a penny!
