Not how it works ACE, SFORs cut is not diminished.

Its the channel partner who has the sales force and other expenses, and he has a larger % to begin with, and revenues of the deal, and has the latitude, to take a less cut, to those who distribute under them. For example ACS takes a less cut to give it to DSS to make it worth their while.
However SFORs % is constant. There was a contract published with SFOR and ACS and it bears that out.
CyberC can confirmed this.
If there is a huge deal SFOR can if they want to help close a deal, can slice some percentage off their cut. SFOR is in the driver's seat on that. SFORs cut is not diminished.

So, I license to two friends, say, to sell for me, and they license to two more friends, etc. The thing is, though, that the more sales portals or channel partners, or whatever you want to call them ,that are involved, the less my cut becomes, as they each take theirs before it comes to me.
