Attending is the conference is the wise business move I am very impressed. Puts pressure on prospective partner on term sheet and you never know when you can stumble on a even better offer. Particularly when dealing from strength which Leo now has from term sheet.
Its like selling a house your broker gets a term sheet but until closing and the checks in the bank you keep working and showing.
