I disagree with some of that post. If you look at
Post# of 82672
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/12855...-index.htm
background on CSI/ACS
https://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=5265435
New readers might be interested to know that CSI (ACS) has agreements with First Data, DSS, McAfee, etc and those agreements are exciting for SFOR investors.
Back to the way I view it;
So if the reseller CSI/ACS sells product for $X, then SFOR gets for example 15% of $X
IMO if the reseller then sells to a second level reseller, it is
still at least 15% of $X that the first reseller sells it for, but
the second level reseller is now probably selling for $X + more, so
it's possible the first reseller receives more which in turn means,
SFOR might receive more.
If you have further questions, I'd take it to the management. They can explain that SEC document up at the top.
Best to you.
