I received a reply from Mark to my question about the meaning of this phrase in the Q1 report re the 5 m to be paid by BlockSafe Tech in monthly installments: “The management fee is currently eliminated in consolidation".
He confirmed that I was right to guess that 'consolidation' referred to the accounting practice. Blocksafe will be transferring the monies to Strikeforce, but it will not be reported as 'revenues.'
Mark did say that the payments have not yet started, but when they do it will be 'noted'.
So, we will never see that money under 'revenues' but will see it mentioned somewhere in the reports. It will find its way, somehow, to the bottom line. My assumption is that it will be treated as an internal transfer, and will reduce operating expenses.
