Yes they do believe steve. Some people will never not believe ...simple reason.
They believe in it can turn around .this year next year 5 years ..their is always a turn around.
things can alway turn around ..even if onci goes to 0.0001 with no bid their is still a chance the ask comes back so people will risk buying at 0.0001 to risk making 100 percent on their money.
