With 35M plus volume, onci is still struggling at 7/8. Either dilution is not over yet or flippers are making $100 here and there.
But, since Berman issued his famous tweet, that should be dilution. Hope it's a controlled dilution if that is the case.
Onci, with right news, it doesn't take a long time to get to a penny. First, Steve needs to give just one verifiable news. PL2 ad will do the trick. Still waiting patiently, imho.
