An anonymous investor intercepted the following transcript of the weekly Paid Basher conference call. The following is heavily encrypted to protect the paid basher’s identities but clearly states their talking points for the coming week. I haven’t yet vetted its authenticity.

“This last week has been difficult with IPIX’s damn CEO surprising us once again with a PR of a Term sheet for what was supposed to be their second instance of Brilacidin. This was as much of a surprise to us as that damn European Subsidiary PR out of nowhere. We are upside down on this damn little stock and we need shares. Your job is to shake loose whatever shares you can get. Time is of the essence as there could be a PR out any day now that will name the Global Pharma and will blow away most of our false narratives of funding, dilution, management execution, science validation and market value. New investors will flood in and we will be F****ed! I realize that some of you have had a decrease in commissions with no one replying to your posts if you are on that damn Kelt’s “swindlers list”. We take care of our own so we will double your price per post from 10 to 20 cents. This should keep you in the upper echelon of income in your shithole countr….err remote locations. That damn Drano keeps taking down our posts where we flat out lie and attack long term investors. What kind of BS message board is this anyways? That 4kids poster I swear is from a different planet and has been tracking every move we make and now half the damn board is knows what we are doing. This week’s assignments are as follows:
trrol and FloppyhatCA- You two keep up on our secret Operation Toss Salad. Keep up the mouth to anus narrative, stop all that giggling, this is serious! The investors for some reason aren’t buying this narrative even though Wikipedia says so. These investors are actually reading the IPIX PR’s and we are so screwed if they kick off a phase3 for B-OM soon with ample funding from 1 or maybe 2 large license deals. Anyways keep pretending you have a zillion shares and turn up the FUD that no one is interested in B-OM or really anything IPIX has in their portfolio.
YellowfruitFeline – Continue to use your math skills. When someone talks about the market size divide by 3. When they talk license revenue divide by 3. When you end up with a number divide by 2 again. Take the lessor of that number or just use $1 or $2 per share best case. Tell them how lucky they would be to get a 4X from today’s SP. Remember we need some of these fools to put in GTC orders under $3 so that we can pick them off when this damn stock takes off. We need REAL shares!
JudasStockings- Just keep coming up with new aliases and see if any of them stick. Maybe a Doctor or Bio Chemist. Use your imagination and act insulted if they call you out. You can have a zillion shares as well but don’t get trapped into admitting who your past aliases were.
Whiny Operative- Continue to post that you are OK with dilution but cut and paste blather from the financials from the MFO funding and maybe some Aspire FUD. Ignore the fact that this company has minimal dilution entering into a phase 3. Flood the board and continue to make friends.
HeadLice/NoSurrender – Keep attacking the NSS exposers. Call NSS the bogeyman, and accuse the real investors of doing what we are doing. It doesn’t work very well but it really disrupts this stupid board with their rules and such.
The rest of you remember to turn up the heat. Lie, contradict, start arguments with real investors and even each other to disrupt this board. Reiterate how lucky these SOB’s will be if they can get out with a dollar or 2. Time is our enemy.”
