No problem Andrew I respect how you fill and all the DD work you do here it helps out a lot, I also go through county court cases to see if people are getting ticketed for Distracted Driving and it will astonish you of how very few are, they either are in a wreck or a traffic stop will net a few tickets, and to me in my opinion that isn't doing the work the bills were suppose to do and they aren't being in forced.
A Federal mandated law will be the only thing that will do the job correct, the odds of that coming anytime soon is like me going to the moon before I kick the bucket.
