Was reading over the S1 of May 15/19. On the bottom half of page 30 and pages 31,32 and 33 are all about the trial coming up on June 3, 2019. Should be interesting to see what happens there. Looks like ALL of those who Jerry G. padded their pockets with shares for no consideration are on the roster, if we win, which don't see why we won't, they will ALL have to return their shares. As well SOME like Miss Li are being sued for damages.
