The notion that Doctor Dalton would attend a worldwide forum with nothing more than good intentions seems odd to me, but the doctor is well known so who knows. If his reason for speaking is to unveil telehealth, or opioid treatment, or a new way of providing healthcare requiring no doctor's office. One of these or all are very possible. Doctor Dalton is the expert, and this is his opportunity to shine. I believe he will do just that. You are also right about your last point.
