reminder of why the PTOI SMB *here* and *there* gets so much *attn*
from so many *early and overlapping NR crew/s*

the way legal shorting works is one borrows 1000 or 5000 or 10000 shares
@ X PPS (say 1.50) .. and then returns those shares (covers) when X PPS
would be *lower* .. say $1.00 or 50c or 30c or even 10c .. realize that
it is not the average retail investor that is *shorting* (legally) OTC company stocks

so right off the bat .. odds are if there was *legal* shorting in PTOI it would be done by Non Retail

this is why *volume* matters .. volume doesn't decrease YOY on an OTC target
when actual *investors* sell .. it increases .. those *sells* can allow for covering a legal short

when *volume* doesn't *cooperate* with NRs' efforts (July 2010 and September
2010 come to mind)

NR will align their *efforts* with hit pieces and ambulance chasing attorney firms on hedgies' speed dials .. among other avenues

what happens when a legal short turns abusive?
nothing if *NRs' crew* can get actual investors to part with their shares
but a funny thing happens when NR *fails* to part actual retail investors
and the company not only survives it outlasts NR .. because to be clear
NRs' OTC track record is impressive .. what % is NRs' roadkill .. 90% .. 95% .. 99%?

this is why *volume* matters ..
but it's also why NR (circa 2009) embedded into P2O via various *efforts*
has never grasped the basics of this *story* and the retail investors behind
this *story* .. and no .. bullying and abusie tactics don't work on folks
who literally never read this SMB or the SMB *there*

which is the majority of actual P2O investors ..

as for the volume .. spot the problem of NR faces .. based on YOY PTOI YTD totals

as a reminder
P2O was wrested back in mid summer 2013 .. with the last of the
aromatics (LONDON CALLING) *out* after burying the release of the ACC Executive Summary on 10.9.14

reminder too ..
last significant *run* done by NR on PTOI was Jan 2013 .. stopped out @ $1.49
by EO December 2013 .. PTOI's PPS @ 10c
by early January 2014 .. PTOI's PPS @ 06c
by October 2014 (ACC) .. PTOI's PPS @ 05c

it's been 6 years since NR last *ran* PTOI *significantly* .. a little excitement
and *volume* earlier this year ( 1.29.19 ) .. still not sure what was gleaned by NR
or if just releasing a little helium out of the ole' PTOI balloon .. but it reset the
52 week *high* from 05c .. to 055c .. to 8c .. b4 round robining PTOI and amping
the 90 day volume avg on PTOI to that 88000 - 90000 range .. which still intrigues

2009 ~ 7,188,642 ** (mid April start)
2010 ~ 20,478,838 ** CSTI imported/first hit piece & complicit *letter* of 9/28/2010
2011 ~ 37,204,277 ** NON RETAILs' *set up* .. (includes April's still record setting *volume* month of 8M~)
2012 ~ 26,989,328 ** aromatics & mgmt change out May 2012 .. set up for Jan 2013
2013 ~ 36,808,995 ** P2O wrested back mid August 2013 .. wash trading 101 with 2014
2014 ~ 36,381,060 ** wash trading 101 with 2013 .. note lower than 2013 and Jan 2014 6c reset and *volume*
2015 ~ 22,275,997 ** note *volume* significantly lower than 2014 .. PPS relentlessly compressed
2016 ~ 19,759,799 ** note still the lowest YTD volume for PTOI with lowest PPS
2017 ~ 13,540,583 ** down approx 6M and change from 2016's record setting low *volume*
2018 ~ 13,924,427 .. increase over 2017's 13M~ *volume* .. first turn since 2013

currently for 2019 .. PTOI's Monthly Volume

until of course the *imo* washed trades done of 70000~ the Friday and Monday
b4 the 29th .. and then all that *volume* on the 29th .. if one removes the last 5
days of the month *volume* b4 that for PTOI was 260,856 (hmmm) ..
the last 5 days PTOI's volume is 1,390,775 (total = 1651631)

PTOI YTD EO MAY 2018 ~ 5,560,874

PTOI YTD EO APR 2019 ~ 7,840,527

reminder .. NR spent years screaming *sells* on PTOI
YOY YTD *reduction* of PTOI's *Volume* put paid to that false narrative
(even with NRs' washed efforts) .. hence the *new efforts*

and speaking of thinking outside of the box .. .. try it

because it's rather *obvious* that NR could take PTOI to the woodshed *again*
and odds are it won't get many actual investors to *sell* .. what might for some is
if the BoD resigns .. or Founder sells his 3M PTOI shares .. (imo that 3M sell
would translate to about 30M in fairly short order) .. but not to put too fine a point
on it .. NR hammered PTOI in 2013 and all the whining and maligning *posts*
doesn't change the fact that NR literally *CANT* part of PTOI *shares* from
actual P2O investors .. which is proved out by the *volume* reported to Finra by
the merry band of Market Manipulators .. (so upside down by their *original*
NR hire of 2009) .. since P2O was wrested back in 2013

and now all with *interest* get to wait .. to see what comes next re: P2O/PTOI

a good weekend to all actual P2O investors

4kids

for all the efforts the merry trio put into the SMB
one would think NR would be able to actually *fill*
a retail investor's bid on PTOI .. they *CANT* and they don't
which is why for weeks we've seen the decoy's UC ask with
NC on the *size* showing .. and targeted trades fed to jumped bids by CEs

as a reminder .. decoy OTCX's *actual* activity on PTOI (that is the stock)
in April 2019 .. courtesy of Finra's April 2019 MM Monthly

https://otce.finra.org/otce/marketStatistics/...hareVolume

OTCX was 5th out of 7th reporting .. .. with 4.33% of April's volume 2,499,579

ARCA was 7th out of 7 .. with 3515 *shares* .. for their *efforts*

you *CANT* make this crap up .. but on the OTC it is SOP
especially for those pesky OTC targets a decade on that have survived
and outlasted NRs' initial rounds circa 2009 - 2013

the top 3 (NN/CDEL/CSTI) .. collectively did 2,171,093 out of 2,499,579 ( 86.85% )

but note it's always the *decoy* on the UC ask ..
never adjusting unless it's a *trade* from NR ..

better round up more of the *crew* .. P2O has 1000s of actual investors
many of whom (early/original) never sold one share .. and odds are that
will remain in place provided the company's founder retains an interest ..
