I agree jrt03. Life is short, so enjoy the moment and push UNVC to the side until it happens. Personally, I do not know how fast this train will be running when it hits us. We could start with only the financials, and unless he pulls other areas (companies) into UNVC, we might only see a clean shell. However, even a clean set of financials could propel us to the .05 cent range. I have seen it happen where a long dormant company suddenly decides to publish financials. Investors quickly realize that a company does not go through the time, expense and effort to become fully reporting unless they have a story to tell, and typically this requires a darn good story to justify the effort.
I suggest a series of 8ks and perhaps a press release with each one before the monster fully awakens --- I just don't see how Doctor Dalton can convey everything all at one time. Perhaps a letter to shareholders might do the trick if it talks about contracts, and partnerships, and joint ventures, and license agreements. We would also need to be told about products and clinical trials and what they mean for us --- revenue projections would be helpful. What about the over-the-counter products? I would think a great deal could be said about the need for each and every new product.
Fairly new investors will have a hard time grasping the full extent of what is about to unfold, and should the good doctor change the world as this is unveiled, who knows what might happen. Estimates of price per share very quickly go completely out the window when earth shaking and world changing news is revealed.
