The term sheet was fantastic news. It completely shocked and frightened anyone who was short, or who wants the company to fail (e.g. paid bashers and members of the smaller trading gangs that see a company being attacked, and pile on).
So the claim now is (and this is a compendium of falsehoods):
that somehow it is bad that there is a term sheet;
that the term sheet includes the oral mucositis formulation (it doesn't);
that the term sheet DOESN'T involve the OM formulation because no one wants it (also untrue -- see below)
that Leo is going to take a bad deal;
that Leo is terrible because he's "waiting for the best deal"'
that the UP treatment is horrible because it involves one month of a minor enema procedure, instead of a lifetime of taking drugs that have side effects including cancer;
and lots of other things that I didn't bother remembering.
See how contradictory their claims are? (as well as being untrue, of course)
And as far as the term sheet: it doesn't include the OM formulation. The headline of the press release tells us that the prospective partner wants it for
"Ulcerative Proctitis/Ulcerative Proctosigmoiditis" -- in the company's exact terms.

The bashers are saying that OM is included (it's not, though the prospective partner possibly has the right of first negotiation for it); and also that it's not included because it's not something they want. Wait, what? Oh well, illogic makes sense in this case, because when you are desperately trying to make great news sound bad, you have to lie.
