Welcome ydyc and you’re quite right in that the company should take a more active approach on social media! I don’t feel like they should actively contact or make comments on patients posts on social media, but they could try to reach out to them making good use of the social media (right hashtags and so on). Great idea and the company should really act on it!
A social media strategy and presence is really important nowadays and I do believe Cydy is underestimating its power.
Maybe the social media presence can be one of the CC questions? I would really support that. Cheers!
