DO NOT BUY!!! Do some reading and maybe you will understand why the sole owner of Elite Therapeuticss sold the company. Oh wait....the sole owner of Elite Therapeutics is also the CEO of Viaspace!!! Viaspace stockholders were never informend on how much stock the Viaspace CEO paid himself for his own company in the all stock transaction! Why would he sell his Hemp and CBD oil product company if the business is expected to grow. Maybe because the FDA is now on the move and issuing warrning letters to companies that market CBD oil products. Under the FD&C Act, any product intended to have a therapeutic or medical use, and any product (other than a food) that is intended to affect the structure or function of the body of humans or animals, is a drug.
So Buyer Beware!!! Trust me you're not going to get rich by feeding grass to cows! Grass is everywhere, it's not that hard to get.

I'v been following them for 12 years and they have never been profitable nor created stockholder wealth......and ZERO volume yesterday!!! and no news about anything.
