#UNVC Assuming what some of us heard that float is around 400 million and that the entire OS is 1.2 Billion worst case scenario, if HRI is brought in (a BIG IF) the $185 million revs is worth minimum $1.8 Billion in cap or $1.50 PPS. That's not including all the other deals.
If no HRI, we have our PPSI and Wellness Teladoc subsidiaries and I know that PPSI had $19 Million revs about 12 years ago. If the growth was on a similar trajectory to that of HRI we can assume they might have $100 million in revs. Let's say worst case both subsidiaries together have $100 in revs and HRI remains private. That still gives us a cap of $1 Billion. Over .80 PPS.
Then you throw in CARF, VA, Harvest, Sativeo and our Transdermal CBD patch distribution (tens of thousands of pharmacies) at a VERY conservative $100 million in projected sales contracts (EXTREME LOWBALL) and that is another $1 Billion in Cap. Doubles PPS to $1.60.
Throw in the Merck variable and Walmart and other deals that I did not mention and you guys see where I am going with this. Plus cannabis plays are so overvalued (MRDMD -$23K net profit yet $3 PPS). I dare to even say where I think this can go!
