I see where you are coming from also, but I'm just saying we no the loans are secured and not from shares no one is going to put out 800,000 and it not be secured, and the only thing we have to secure them is the Apps, the A/R is there but doesn't look as if he is having any luck collecting it.
Someone mentioned his family and close friends, well yes they are a part of it also, but if the Company fails we the shareholders want get the Apps Steve will IF that is what the loan is secured with, plus him his friends and family are the majority share holders so if it fails they will get them, myself I don't know of anything else they could be secured with.
I don't begrudge anyone being paid for there work but at the moment his work is sub-standard for his salary to be doubled.
Everyone is frustrated at this point but we are at the mercy of Steve.
