He said that people, once injected with leronlimab, have a potential of becoming possible marrow donors as it inhibits the body from producing CCR5. That is HUGEEEE! If that were to work, it would mean that anybody could be a possible donor to cure the disease. Currently there are only about 2300 special people in the world who have the no CCR5 type bone marrow. This would open the door to millions of donors to cure the HIV epidemic.
