One of four crashes are related to cell phone use, but the politicians do nothing but pass laws that are ineffective. A technical solutions is needed.
I don't understand all this technology be he compares it to how call waiting or caller ID the 911 feature is applied at the network so it is independent of the phone that's used. It also takes "control" away from the user. You cannot "disable" 911. If you have a 2G phone or an iPhoneX it works the same.
