Public plea to Berman:
Please prove ANYTHING you say, tweet, PR, or upload to OTCMarkets commercial website is true.
"True" meaning: verifiable by a trusted non-interested 3rd party.
A 'letter' by your lawyer friend, saying 'to his knowledge' your uploads are in accordance w/ OTCMarkets format, isn't really good enough.
Any REAL accounting firm will do an audit for you to provide clarity to shareholders and potential investors. 100s of millions of shares would be bought, repeatedly.
As the company's LARGEST shareholder, certainly it would be worth the small cost of an audit to watch YOUR OWN SHARES trade at the value you must know them to be worth?
ONCI claims wildly unrealistic business achievements.
Please provide verifiable evidence.
Stop being so cagey, and vague, and ridiculously amateur in your tweets. Obviously it works on a handful of small retail traders, but what about YOUR OWN SHARES?
Why not do the audit?
Alternatively, continue to operate in a Berman-like manner, while your company stock drips drips lower.
PS - what's your plan for those shares you "returned to company treasury" or whatever? You know: the so-called 'share reduction'.
