Now I understand. Someone told me to sully myself by going to lieHUB. (Note: for GoT fans, I am certainly not among "The Unsullied"

So it all becomes clear. This baloney about supposedly Bril-OM being part of the deal is the disinformation that they are spewing.
They are trying to make people think that there will not be a separate deal for Brilacidin-OM.
But -- the press release makes it clear that the term sheet is for the Ulcerative Procitis indications. ONLY.
The prospective partner has the right of first negotiation on OTHER indications.
OTHER indications would include Brilacidin-OM.
So, sorry (not sorry) bashers, even if for some reason IPIX is not pursuing other agreements for Bril-OM, it still means that a Bril-OM deal is AN ADDITIONAL DEAL.
Claiming otherwise is merely FUD.
